CUSTOM HALF-WHIPPED CASE
This is for a CUSTOM HALF-WHIPPED case — a more affordable and less chunky alternative to full whipped cream cases! You can decide whether you want the whip to be on the top or bottom half, and choose between melty drizzles, falling star rhinestones, lace, or stickers (half resin case) for the other half. You also get to choose exactly what pieces you want on your case, and I'll put it together for you!
All cases are made with a clear snap-on case by default unless a silicone bumper case upgrade (recommended) is purchased.
HOW TO ORDER
♡ Step 1: complete the form below with all your desired upgrades. Once you are complete, add the item to your cart! (DO NOT make your payment yet)
♡ Step 2: select your desired cabochons by adding them to your cart along with this order (do NOT place separate orders). Most pieces are free to include, but some may have an additional price (eg. Sailor Moon figures, custom resin heart, etc.)
♡ Step 3 (optional): add other upgrades to your cart if desired (eg. silicone bumper case, ringholder, custom resin heart, giant Rilakkuma head, matching phone charm, and more).
♡ Step 4: review your order and make sure everything is correct, then check-out! This is also where you can select a shipping upgrade. Double-check your address to make sure it is correct!
♡ Step 5: after you have placed your order, you may check for status updates in your orders list by pressing on “My Account” at the top right corner of the page. Once I begin your order, updates will be sent via email (please check your junk mail folder if not found in your inbox) as well as updated on the orders page. This is where you can see if your cabochons are in production, if layouts have been sent/confirmed (only if you have included your email for layout confirmation), and if your case has been completed. This takes approximately 3-6 weeks depending on the demands of your order, if you have chosen the “rush order” option, the amount of orders I have, and my current life situation/nursing job. As my processing time is currently 3-6 weeks, please do not expect an email update from me until after 2-3+ weeks. Once I have begun making your pieces, you will be updated right away, so please do not worry if it has been a week since you placed your order and you have not heard from me.
♡ Step 6: once you have received your layout choices, you may pick the one you like best or make any desired changes. Keep in mind that making any changes can increase the processing time of your order if new pieces need to be made.
**If I do not receive a response back within a week after sending out the layouts, I will choose the layout for you!
♡ Step 7: once your layout is confirmed, your case will be made within 2-6 days and shipped out in 4-5 days after completion to ensure it has fully dried and aired out.
♡ Current processing time is 3-6 weeks. I am only one person trying to complete multiple orders on top of my part-time nursing job! This means I work 12-hour shifts, so as much as I would like to, I cannot dedicate all of my time to my shop. Making new pieces also requires a lot of time, so please be patient while I try my best to complete cases in order ♡
♡ Rush Orders: if you are in a rush to get your case, a “Rush Order” option is available at the bottom of the form. For an additional $8.00 USD, you get to bump ahead of the line and have your case done within a week! (If this is not possible at the time of your order, you will be informed and your payment fully refunded if desired.)

PREMADE (READY-TO-SHIP) items are shipped out within 1-3 business days after payment is cleared.
MADE-TO-ORDER/CUSTOM ORDERS will be shipped out 4-5 days after completion to ensure it has had adequate time to dry and air out prior to packaging.
All items are thoroughly inspected prior to packaging, then carefully bubble-wrapped and packaged in a box or bubble mailer for extra protection.

CANADA - Expedited Parcel: 1-7 business days + tracking
- Local delivery: available for local customers who are able to meet at Metrotown, Burnaby.
USA - Small Packet USA Air: 5-8 business days (NO tracking number)
- Tracked Packet USA: 4-7 business days + tracking number
INTERNATIONAL - Small Packet International Air: 6-10 business days (NO tracking number)
- Tracked packet available for select countries. If it is available for your country, the option will be visible at check-out.
Please note that it may take more than one month to receive your item if the package is held back at customs, which is out of my control.
CUSTOMS DUTY: Any import duties, taxes, and charges upon delivery are the buyer's responsibility - thank you!
As all items are personally handmade, refunds are not accepted unless the mistake was on my part (eg. wrong case, wrong whip).
Q: What if I accidentally bought the wrong premade case?
A: If I have already shipped your case, you will not receive a refund, so please read the item carefully before purchasing. If I have not yet shipped your case, please let me know as soon as possible so your order may be refunded ($0.30 USD transaction fee for refunds).
Q: What if I accidentally selected the wrong model for a custom case?
A: Please let me know as soon as possible, because you will not receive a refund if I already made your case and you will need to repurchase your case.
Q: I accidentally entered the wrong address and my order has already been shipped! What do I do?
A: Unfortunately, there is nothing I can do but wait for the package to be potentially returned back to me. If the package is returned, I will contact you right away to arrange payment to ship your item to the correct address.

Please note that actual colors may vary slightly from photos due to picture lighting as well as different computer or tablet monitors/calibrations -- I have several devices at home and all of them differ slightly in color settings!
Please be aware that every effort has been made to produce quality products. As Neko Deco Café is a small shop selling personally handmade decoden items, refunds cannot be issued for accidental damage/loss by customers or during shipment (all items are securely packaged to ensure products are not damaged during transit).
Please handle the item(s) with care to minimize the risk for damage as the cases are for decorative purposes only. Additionally, if your package is lost and you have not purchased tracking, please kindly understand that I cannot be responsible for losses caused by postal services. Thank you!
