Refund Policy

Neko Deco Cafe is committed to quality customer service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me right away so we may resolve the issue together.

As all items are personally handmade, refunds are not accepted unless the mistake was on my part (eg. wrong case).

Please note that all items are thoroughly inspected prior to packaging, then carefully bubble-wrapped and packaged in a box or bubble mailer for extra protection. All items are securely packaged to ensure products are not damaged during transit.

Please note that actual colors may vary slightly from photos due to picture lighting as well as different computer or tablet monitors/calibrations — I have several devices at home and all of them differ slightly in color settings!

Please be aware that every effort has been made to produce quality products. As Neko Deco Cafe is a small shop selling personally handmade decoden items, refunds cannot be issued for accidental damage/loss by customers or during shipment (all items are securely packaged to ensure products are not damaged during transit).

Please handle the item(s) with care to minimize the risk for damage as the cases are for decorative purposes only. Additionally, if your package is lost and you have not purchased tracking, please kindly understand that I cannot be responsible for losses caused by postal services. Thank you!
