As all items are personally handmade, refunds are not accepted unless the mistake was on my part (eg. wrong case).
Q: I accidentally bought the wrong premade case! What do I do?
A: If I have already shipped your case, you will not receive a refund, so please read the item carefully before purchasing. If I have not yet shipped your case, please let me know as soon as possible so your order may be refunded ($1.00 USD transaction fee for refunds).
Q: I accidentally selected the wrong model for a custom case! What do I do?
A: Please let me know as soon as possible, because you will not receive a refund if I already made your case and you will need to repurchase your case.
Q: I placed my order but now I have a new phone! What do I do?
A: Please let me know as soon as possible because I will only be able to change the case if I have not made your case yet. I will not refund your order if your case has already been made.
Q: I accidentally entered the wrong address and my order has already been shipped! What do I do?
A: Unfortunately, there is nothing I can do but wait for the package to be potentially returned back to me. If the package is returned, I will contact you right away to arrange payment to ship your item to the correct address.
Please note that all items are thoroughly inspected prior to packaging, then carefully bubble-wrapped and packaged in a box or bubble mailer for extra protection. All items are securely packaged to ensure products are not damaged during transit.
Please note that actual colors may vary slightly from photos due to picture lighting as well as different computer or tablet monitors/calibrations — I have several devices at home and all of them differ slightly in color settings!
Please be aware that every effort has been made to produce quality products. As Neko Deco Café is a small shop selling personally handmade decoden items, refunds cannot be issued for accidental damage/loss by customers or during shipment (all items are securely packaged to ensure products are not damaged during transit).
Please handle the item(s) with care to minimize the risk for damage as the cases are for decorative purposes only. Additionally, if your package is lost and you have not purchased tracking, please kindly understand that I cannot be responsible for losses caused by postal services. Thank you!
